Content Moderation Policy

1. Our Commitment
You And I, Not AI is committed to providing a safe, authentic, human-only dating environment. We actively moderate content and user behavior to maintain platform integrity.
2. Prohibited Content
Zero Tolerance (Immediate Ban + Law Enforcement Report):
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sex trafficking or exploitation
- Threats of violence
- Terrorism or extremist content
Immediate Account Termination:
- AI-generated messages or bot usage
- Underage users (under 18)
- Fake profiles or catfishing
- Non-consensual intimate images
- Harassment or bullying
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Spam or commercial solicitation
- Scams or fraud attempts
3. AI/Bot Detection
Our core mission is human-only connections. We detect and remove:
- AI-generated profile photos
- ChatGPT/LLM-generated messages
- Automated messaging scripts
- Bot accounts
Warning: Using AI to write your messages or generate your photos is a permanent ban offense. We use advanced detection systems.
4. Reporting
Users can report violations via:
All reports are reviewed by human moderators within 24 hours.
5. Response Times
- CSAM/Trafficking: Immediate removal + law enforcement
- Violence threats: Within 1 hour
- Harassment: Within 24 hours
- AI/Bot reports: Within 24 hours
- General violations: Within 48 hours
6. Enforcement Actions
- Warning: First minor offense
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated minor offenses (7-30 days)
- Permanent Ban: Serious violations or 3+ warnings
- Law Enforcement Referral: Illegal content
Bans are not appealable for: CSAM, trafficking, AI usage, or underage users.
7. Appeals
For eligible suspensions, you may appeal within 14 days by emailing:

Include your username and explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
8. Transparency
We publish quarterly transparency reports including:
- Number of accounts removed
- AI/bot detection statistics
- Law enforcement requests
- Appeal outcomes
